B. CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT AFTER USING THIS?

No, To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

E. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED?

F. RETURN SHIPPING FEE

No cost when the carrier damages the product, or defective in another way. But when the customer purchases the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item, we charge the actual cost of return shipping.

G. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method.
